High Profile London is southeastern Kentucky’s medical cannabis dispensary, located off I-75 at 140 Faith Assembly Church Road in Laurel County. As one of the first licensed dispensaries to open under Kentucky’s medical cannabis program, it is currently the only licensed dispensary serving Laurel County and the three neighboring counties — meaning registered patients across this part of the Daniel Boone region have a safe, regulated option close to home without driving hours for their medicine.
The store serves registered Kentucky medical cannabis patients 18 and older who hold an active medical cannabis card and a qualifying condition. Patients come from across the region — Corbin, Manchester, Barbourville, and the smaller communities throughout Laurel County and the surrounding hill country — for a curated selection of flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories, with in-store shopping and online pre-ordering for pickup. If you’ve been buying hemp or smoke shop products locally, it’s worth knowing that licensed dispensary products are tested, regulated, and traceable in a way that unregulated alternatives are not — and High Profile London is the closest place to access them.
Because getting certified is the first step for many local patients, High Profile has hosted on-site patient certification drives with the Kentucky Cannabis Industry Association to help qualifying residents complete their paperwork close to home.

High Profile London is the only licensed medical cannabis dispensary across a four-county area in southeastern Kentucky, anchoring a wide service area from its spot just off I-75. Corbin is about 20 minutes south down the interstate, Manchester roughly 25 minutes east on KY-80, and Barbourville around 35 minutes southeast. Somerset is within reach to the west for patients who don’t have a closer option. For registered patients anywhere in the Laurel County region and the surrounding Cumberland foothills, London is the nearest licensed dispensary — and direct mail has already reached households across all four counties to let patients know we’re here.
First time Supper easy here's what u need to know if ur a first time buyer Have a VAILD ID READY AND THE PHONE COPY OF UR MEDICAL CARD IS FINE no one tells u what ur first vist looks like but here it is check in at the desk be nice to the lady had her a valid id and shw ur medical card. Sign the documents and then u go in with a member of staff and shop via the website so ask questions look at thier menu on line and ull be just fine !!
Being a first timer, Richton was a great help. He walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable on all of the products and what was best for my needs. Definitely will be going back and “highly” recommend trying out High Profile.

I can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. I made a 45 minute trip after placing an online order. I saw some killer deals and something about a rewards program on their site. I also made some mistakes with putting in my order that were masterfully handled by the spectacular people here. The entire time in the store was quick, painless, and I was somehow made to feel at home. This is an ideal model for medical marijuana in our state, a literal dream come true for Kentuckians in need like myself. Thanks to Ritchson, Malachi, and the ladies staffing the front desk today.
