At a High Profile Patient Drive, patients typically meet one‑on‑one with a Kentucky‑licensed practitioner who is registered with the Office of Medical Cannabis to determine eligibility and, if approved, receive a written medical cannabis certification. These drives are often held at or near dispensary locations or community venues and are intended to improve access by reducing travel, wait times, and costs for patients.
