High Profile Kalamazoo sits at 823 W Michigan Avenue, the stretch of road that runs straight between downtown Kalamazoo and Western Michigan University near Oakland Drive. It’s a spot our regulars know well — WMU students and faculty, downtown workers on a lunch break, and neighbors from the Vine, Stuart, and West Main Hill areas who’d rather shop close to home than fight for a parking spot somewhere else.
Because we’re right on the Michigan Avenue corridor, we pull in shoppers from all over the Kalamazoo area. Folks roll in from Portage and Oshtemo just to the south and west, from Comstock and Parchment to the east and north, and plenty make the quick run over from Galesburg. Wherever you’re coming from in the county, we’re easy to find and easy to get in and out of.
Walk in and you’ll get pointed in the right direction fast — our budtenders are happy to help whether you know exactly what you want or need a minute to browse. Order ahead for in-store or curbside pickup, pay by debit, cash, bank, or the on-site ATM, and park free in our lot. We serve recreational customers 21+.

High Profile Kalamazoo is a central pick for shoppers across Kalamazoo County and the wider Southwest Michigan region. From Portage, we’re about 7.6 miles up Oakland Drive — roughly an 18-minute drive. Comstock sits close to the east, about 8 miles and 17 minutes in on M-96. We also see regulars from Oshtemo, Parchment, and Galesburg, plus longer-haul visitors from Battle Creek in Calhoun County, about 27 miles east on I-94. Sitting between downtown and the WMU campus keeps us within easy reach of the neighborhoods, workplaces, and college crowd that make up the heart of the Kalamazoo community.
Jay checked me in but Lawrence helped me. Awesome attitude. Did mind sharing his thoughts on the product, which I love. Tha k you
Every time I come here I’m satisfied and happy with my visit. They always have what I’m looking for and wonderful staff.
My Budtender was awesome 👌 👏 👍 she waited for me as I had to get info from car
Today was my first time checking out High Profile in Kalamazoo, and it was a great experience! The staff was super welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I picked up a WoGo live rosin vape by Wojo Wax in the Oishii strain (which literally means "delicious" in Japanese), and it definitely lives up to the name. Clean shop, great vibes, and awesome products. I’ll definitely be back!
Great service just wish they sold Gus exotic or hytek
One of my favorite dispensaries in downtown Kalamazoo they have an awesome assortment high quality products displayed in a not-so overly congested atmosphere that makes choosing simple. I advise anybody to give it a try if they're a smoker and happen to be in downtown Kalamazoo it's easy to find almost right across from Walgreens on Oakland drive.

One of my favorite spots.
If this were an episode of Star Trek, This guy would Have picked up his knowledge of legal cannabis at the Vulcan science Academy, along with all the rest of his colleagues that’s probably the only place I could think of that would have the ability to teach weed knowledge, and the way that these people possess very friendly, intelligent, and are quite professional. They go extra steps to make sure people like myself from Indiana are safe going home. Yes, there are police waiting for people to cross back in Indiana. They have enhanced punishments if they catch you but none of that really matters because this guy put all of that stuff and I’m buying our bag and sealed it so there’s no detection. If I were a high ranking Catholic Church official, I would recommend recommended for Saint Hood I hope he’s making good money. Give him a raise. He well worth it.
