Kentucky does not allow recreational cannabis sales. A limited medical program is active, but adult-use purchases remain prohibited statewide — including in Paducah, Calvert City, and the surrounding river counties. The store is at 1801 E 5th Street (US-45), less than a mile from the Exit 37 interchange off I-24. From Paducah, the drive across the Ohio River and into Metropolis takes approximately 20 minutes. Residents of Calvert City and Marshall County reach the store in about 25 minutes, taking I-24 west past Paducah and across the bridge. Both approaches land at the same exit: Exit 37 for US-45 and Metropolis.

High Profile Metropolis is open every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The dispensary offers in-store shopping, a drive-thru, and online pickup. An ATM is available on-site, onsite security is present throughout all operating hours, and parking is available. First-time customers, veterans, seniors, and medical patients are eligible for store discounts.
