Went into High Profile in Chesterfield looking for a specific terpene profile, not just whatever was popular, and Layne and Jake completely delivered. Neither of them pushed a particular brand or tried to rush me through the decision — they actually took the time to talk through terpene chemistry and help me land on something that matched what I was after. That level of product knowledge and patience is rare. I was impressed enough that I asked to speak with the manager on the spot to make sure it got noted. If you want budtenders who actually know cannabis science and aren't just running a sales script, ask for Layne or Jake. Easily the best dispensary experience I'v had.

Gray and the rest of the wonderful staff are very knowledgeable, and I have loved every recommendation they've suggested. I’m a regular because of the consistently excellent service I get—they even know me by name! I can't recommend them enough. 10/10.
