How to Become a Patient Caregiver in Missouri

Patients who would benefit from assistance in getting or administering their medical marijuana can assign a caregiver. The procedure for being assigned as a patient caregiver is very similar to the process of applying for a patient identification card. You'll go to the state’s patient application site and click on the blue button that reads patient/caregiver application registration. From there, just follow the same instructions.

When providing the data, the primary caregiver will need to provide:

• The primary caregivers SSN, DOB, and name
• Residence and mailing address
• Email address

A person can be a patient caregiver to a maximum of three people total in the state of Missouri.

‍If the caregiver is going to cultivate cannabis, then there is an additional state fee.
