Yes. Missouri voters approved Amendment 3 in November 2022, legalizing recreational adult-use cannabis. Recreational sales began February 3, 2023. Any adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can purchase recreational cannabis at High Profile West Plains — no medical card required.
