To ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and community, High Profile is taking proactive steps to protect our spaces in the event of an infectious disease outbreak. It is the goal of High Profile during any such time period to strive to operate effectively and in accordance with all state, local, and CDC guidelines.

Steps Taken to Prevent the Spread of Infection at High Profile


  • Mask Wearing

    All customers and staff are required to wear masks upon entering any of our facilities.

  • Regular Cleaning of High-Touch Areas

    High Profile will ensure a clean workplace, including the regular cleaning of objects and areas that are frequently used, such as bathrooms, tables, surfaces, shared computers, door handles, and railings.

  • Frequent Hand Washing and Single-Use Gloves

    Our staff regularly wash their hands throughout the day. Our team also wears single-use gloves and sleeve protectors, which are changed regularly throughout their shift. We provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout common areas. Additionally, our staff is discouraged from using other workers’ phones, desks, offices, or other work tools and equipment, when possible.

  • Entry Screening

    All High Profile staff and contractors participate in daily entry self-screening protocols. All employees' temperatures are checked prior to their gaining access to our showrooms per the CDC's recommendation. All staff stays on the property until their shift is complete. Temperatures are checked once more as employees leave the facility. At the beginning of each shift/entrance to the building, employees are asked: if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or if they have had close contact in the last 14 days with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • Staying Home When Ill

    Staff members who experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills, and unusual fatigue will not report to work. We provide PTO benefits to compensate employees who are unable to work due to illness.

  • Social Distancing

    Our staff practices appropriate social distancing and avoid close contact with others. Maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from co-workers, visitors, and customers.

  • Curbside Pick Up

    Customers are strongly encouraged to take advantage of our curbside pick up options. Orders can be placed online or upon arrival.
