What kind of identification do I need to shop at High Profile?
You must have a valid government-issued photo ID and be 21+ or hold a valid medical card/certification.

Yes, we offer delivery to select locations. CLICK HERE to view each location’s availability and to access our online menus. Please keep in mind delivery is only offered to residential locations within a 10-mile radius of the store
Can I order online for all High Profile dispensaries?
Yes! All products are available to order online. Please CLICK HERE to place your order for in-store or curbside pickup. Delivery is also available for select locations.
Can I shop with an out-of-stateID?
Yes! We accept IDs from any state with valid proof of 21+ for recreational purchases and a valid medical card for medical purchases.
What are the COVID-19 protocols currently in place?
We know things are looking a little different these days, and we’re taking extra precautions to protect our teams and customers, including increased cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces. We are strictly following all Covid-19 safety protocols, and masks are required for all in-store shopping. We also ask that our customers please practice social distancing at all of our High Profile locations, and thank you for your patience as we limit the number of guests allowed inside the lobby and showroom.We encourage customers to use our online menus to place orders for in-store or curbside-pickup and delivery. What is your return policy?
We have a seven-day return policy on any defective or expired product purchased from High Profile. The purchase must have been made on your account, and all returns are subject to the discretion of High Profile management.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Due to federal restrictions, we only accept cash and debit cards as payment. ATMs are available for your convenience at all High Profile locations.
Can I place an online order for curbside pickup?
Yes! Many of our locations offercurbside pickup. You can select the curbside pickup option at checkout.
How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive a text message to the phone number provided when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I place an online order for next-day pickup?
All orders must be picked up the same day they are placed. If the order is placed after business hours, the order can be picked up until closing the following day. If the order is still not picked up, it will be automatically canceled.

What is the qualifying age for the senior discount?
The qualifying age for eligibility to receive our senior discount is 60+ years of age.
How do I qualify for the veteran discount?
You can qualify for the veteran discount by showing any one of the following items:
- Military ID
- Endorsement ‘veteran’ stamp on your driver's license or state ID
- Other documentation proving veteran status accepted at the discretion of High Profile staff.
